At our properties, timeshare owners have purchased, via a notarised deed, the right to use a specific suite for a set period, with complete peace of mind and legal certainty regarding their stay.
Rights and options for timeshare owners
Changes to the length of stay
You can change the dates of your stay at your own property or at other properties within the chain (beach, lake or mountain), except during peak season.

Change of suite during the relevant period
If you are staying with more guests than the capacity of your timeshare room allows, you can request a larger suite (subject to availability).
Transfer or rental of the period of stay
You may transfer your booking to other guests if you are unable to stay at the property during your allocated period.
