Main objective of the operation
The project involves the creation of an advanced digital platform featuring a virtual receptionist located in a dedicated area within the hotel; this does not replace traditional staff, but works alongside them to enhance the guest experience.
The digital platform is capable of:
assist with the selection, booking and purchase of additional services offered by the establishment (e.g. bike hire, bookings for golf, tennis or the spa);
to provide information and facilitate the purchase of local speciality products with customised packaging, through collaboration with local communities;
to provide details on tourist attractions, local events and cultural activities, thereby strengthening the link between the hotel and the surrounding area.
