Swadeshi S.p.A. has made an investment with the support of the “Campania Regional Growth Fund – FRC” – CUP B29J21029510009 relating to the Campania ERDF Regional Operational Programme 2014–2020, Priority Axis III – Competitiveness of the production system – Specific Objective 3.1: Revitalising the propensity to invest in the production system.
The investment involved the reorganisation of business processes through the introduction of new management solutions and equipment designed to boost productivity and financial performance. The purchase of state-of-the-art PCs and multifunction printers has enabled the efficient use of the business management software, which has reduced processing times and improved staff productivity. The improvement in business processes was also achieved thanks to the installation of a telephone switchboard. Finally, the investment was crucial in obtaining ISO 9001 certification, thanks to funding for specialist consultancy.
