The first four Brainville sites will be established in Ferrara, Pavia, Calvanico (in the province of Salerno) and Padua: this is the new student accommodation project conceived by the Swadeshi Hotels group, which, between hotels already in operation and those under construction, boasts over a thousand rooms across nine Italian regions. Each facility will be built with sustainability in mind, with a strong focus on avoiding waste and a commitment to inclusion and accessibility, paying particular attention to the most vulnerable. Eco-friendly materials and low-environmental-impact construction techniques will be used to build the student residences, including the implementation of efficient energy management systems and water recycling facilities. Innovation also extends to the services offered across the various campuses: high-speed internet connectivity, advanced security systems, functional study areas, gyms and green spaces for relaxation and sport.
